What this checker actually changes

Camper toll classes can depend on mass, height and axles. Insurance paperwork can depend on the vehicle's registration country, while border and overnight advice depends on your route and travel style. That is why two campers on the same road can get different checklists.

Important: this is deliberately conservative. When a rule depends on the exact vehicle class, municipality, protected area or insurer, the checker tells you to verify it instead of pretending there is one universal Balkan rule.
